No hauling towels, coolers and kids across busy Gulf Blvd. The back of the house opens onto Gulf Lane, a quiet alley that leads toward the sand. It's about a two-minute walk, with no major road to cross, which makes it an easy, safe walk for families.
Inside are three bedrooms (a king and two queens) and two full bathrooms. The private tiki bar is where the day winds down, and right next to it is the third full bathroom, with its own outside door. Come back from the beach, rinse off and change without tracking sand through the house, and nobody has to head indoors during a tiki bar evening.

Fenced, private and safe for kids
A full privacy fence wraps the back and sides of the property, so the deck and tiki bar feel like your own little oasis and little ones can play while you relax. Inside, the house is kept simple and uncluttered, with no shelves of breakable knick-knacks to worry about. The whole property is smoke-free and pet-free.

Walk to John's Pass Village
John's Pass Village & Boardwalk is Madeira Beach's best-known spot, and from the house it's an easy walk, about 8 to 10 minutes. Guests regularly park the car for the whole stay.

A full bathroom right by the tiki bar
The third bathroom has its own door off the deck, a few steps from the tiki bar. There's also a freestanding rain shower on the deck, so everyone can rinse off the sand the moment they're back from the beach. Guests use it to clean up after the beach and to stay outside all evening instead of trooping wet and sandy through the house.

Close to everything worth doing
Before you book
- Check-in 4:00 PM, check-out 11:00 AM. Early check-in is often possible once the house is ready, and late check-out when no new guests arrive that day. Just ask.
- Keypad self check-in. Your door code and Wi‑Fi details arrive in your check-in message before you arrive.
- Parking is the private driveway directly in front of the house on Gulf Blvd (fits 3 cars). Please don't park along the back or sides; those spots belong to the neighbors.
- The third full bathroom sits beside the tiki bar and opens from outside, not from inside the house, so plan on the two indoor baths for getting ready.
- The beach is about a two-minute walk. You can't see the water from the property.
- Rinse off outside. Use the outdoor shower or hose before coming in to keep sand out of the house and the plumbing.
- Easy on the plumbing: no food scraps down the disposal, rinse dishes before the dishwasher, and flush toilet paper only.
- Trash and recycling bins sit just outside the back fence on Gulf Lane.
- Easy checkout: leave used towels by the washer, take trash and recycling to the outdoor bins, load and run the dishwasher, set the thermostat to 75°F, lock the windows and doors, and close both gates. No stripping beds or vacuuming.
- Exterior security cameras are turned off during your stay. There are no cameras inside the house.
- Maximum occupancy: 6 adults.
